The Augarten is one of the most beautiful and peaceful parks in Vienna. Ideal for walking, jogging or let your mind wander. But you will also find restaurants with beautiful outdoor dining areas, a family bathroom and the school of the world-famous Vienna Boys Choir.
Directly opposite, with uninterrupted views over the park, are our apartments “Augarten view.” (2 Stock) and “Upper Augarten Blick” (. 3 Floor). In the middle of Vienna and yet a wonderful view over trees and meadows, to the Giant Ferris Wheel, which is also just 2 kilometers away.
The 20th District, “Brigittenau”, lies between the Danube Canal and the Danube, and has always been one of the preferred residential areas in Vienna. Not far from the center and yet pleasantly quiet. One can find all shopping and entertainment venues such as supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and bars, but also has perfect connection to the public transport network of Vienna.
Just 200 meters from the apartment you can find the stations of trams 31, 33 and 5, and with each of these lines, it takes less than 5 minutes to the nearest metro (U2, U4 or U6). Thus, you can reach any place in Vienna in a maximum of 30 – 40 minutes. To “Stephansplatz” and thus to the center of Vienna, it takes just 10 minutes and the “Prater” 15 and the “Schönbrunn Palace” is one in a maximum of 25 minutes.

Our apartment “Upper Augarten View” is on the third floor (no elevator!) a typical old Viennese mansion. Nearly 4 meters high ceilings and classic parquet floors, give the apartment a unique flair.

The big BEDROOM has a king size double bed and a pull-out double bed. The smaller bedroom has two single beds fitted me.
In the living room you will find a table and chairs and another pull-out double bed. Also a flat screen television with cable TV and free Wi-Fi for the entire apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Furthermore, there is a dining table overlooking the countryside.
For longer stays, a washing machine is in the bathroom.
Of course, during the stay are also all utensils, bed linen and towels at your disposal.

In the living room there is a couch and two armchairs and another fold-out bed for two. There is a flatscreen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi Throughout the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave-oven. There is therefore a breakfast-table with view to the patio.
Should your stay be a little longer, there is a washing-machine at your disposal and, obviously, all necessities, towels and bedsheets are examined as included.
