From the typical family with 2 children who have space in the 2 bedrooms, up to the party bunch, which can spread to a total of 3 queen and king-size beds and 2 full double sofa beds, you can create as much space as required.
Important in this context is also the separate toilet.
The kitchen is not just a kitchen, but probably the room where you will hang up the most. Loudspeakers are here connected to the hi-fi system in the living room. The dining table includes standard 6 chairs, but can be increased to more.
The living room has a huge flat screen TV including more than 100 international channels and a hi-fi system with connection for mobile phones and laptops.
Location:
Located in the hip 6th district of Vienna, you have the perfect infrastructure for everything of your daily needs, and within 10 minutes you can be right on the Ringstrasse, the city center or the famous Naschmarkt.
Restaurants:
Just 3 floors below in the house can be found a host with Viennese cuisine, in the house opposite there’s sushi and wok dishes, and at the next street corner there is a pizzaria. If you want to go further than 50 meters in order to save yourself from starvation, you can count on further 6 dining establishments within 2 blocks.
Shopping:
The Gumpendorferstrasse as an artist area has consequently also many trendy shops in various divisions. 2 supermarkets are just one block away.
The main shopping street of Vienna, Mariahilfer Strasse, is located in about 7 minutes walking distance.
Sights:
For the obligatory sightseeing you enter the bus to downtown and get off at the beautiful Burggarten and the adjacent Vienna Hofburg. If you continue walking from there, you can certainly consider every alley in downtown Vienna as a tourist attraction.
Transportation:
As previously mentioned, just one block next to the apartment you get into the bus 57a, which brings you in one direction comfortably to the city center, or in the other direction after 2 stops. to the Metro (U6). After that you can confide in the well-equipped underground network of Vienna.
For those arriving by car there is a special treat, namely the private courtyard of the house, where you can rent a parking space for 15 Euro per day after prior notice.
