Stay in a quiet residential area in the green district Kagran, close to the Danube, the Vienna International Center and the Veterinary College and daytime fast directly into the city center with the metro.
This is a spacious, bright guest room and no holiday home! It is located on the ground floor of our, of my husband and I lived, row house.
The ground floor also houses the small guest bathroom with shower and shared kitchen with private guest refrigerator and 2 terraces – a small in the kitchen and a large barbecue grill with the guest rooms.
They live with us at the Alte Donau recreation area, close to the Donauinsel (Danube Island Festival). Both like to visit attractions that are a part of what Vienna has to offer. Just as the Vienna International Centre and the Veterinary Medical University. If you are looking for taking part in a seminar in one of the accommodation that is close to the action with us.
The U1 will take you in about 10 minutes. Driving time quickly and directly to Stefans- or Karlsplatz in the City.
The guest room itself is large and spacious – with direct access to a large terrace, the furnished (except in winter) and covered with a pavilion (plastic). This is ideal for alfresco dining and a barbecue – Barbecue available.
Are included in the room price, except for water and electricity, bed linen (beds are coated prior to arrival) and towels included.
The cleaning fee refers to final cleaning, and weekly cleaning.
Washer and dryer can be used at an extra charge of 2 €.
For kitchen use the kitchen must be left clean, with a dishwasher is available, so no washing of tableware occur.
