Property Description
Our nice apartment is simple but very clean and in a very good location. The apartment is particularly suitable for 2 people, but it can also accommodate 4 people comfortably. It offers a friendly atmosphere. The apartment has 2 rooms: a bedroom (sofa bed with an extra topper for a very comfortable sleep) and a main room (pull-out sofa).
The kitchen is separate, separated by door from room.
The smokers, and not only those, but also those who want to eat outside or just enjoy the sun, are welcome on our terrace. It is a private terrace, with garden furniture.
The bathroom is simple but everything you need is waiting for you: shower gel, toilet paper, soap, hair dryer and of course two clean towels (bath and towel) per person.
Families with babies are welcome. We are happy to provide Baby Bed and Baby Chair at no extra cost.
Families with animals are welcome. There are extra costs 10 Euro / animal / per night.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, next to U3, orange subway line, Schweglerstrasse. In 10 minutes by subway you will reach Stephansplatz. The Statthalle is nearby (3 minutes on foot).
Lidl, Spar, Billa, Penny, DM are all extremely close (Penny and DM are in the same building)
