My accommodation is located between the Karmeliterviertel and the Augarten, with very good transport connections, in a multicultural, young district; Behind the house is Vienna’s oldest baroque park – the Augarten: with cafes, playgrounds, the Viennese choir boy, the Viennese Augarten Porzellanmanufaktur. You’ll find cafes, shopping, markets and shops at your doorstep.
You will, I hope, feel comfortable in my apartment: it is in an old, very simple century-old house, in the rear II. Stairs, on the top floor (ATTENTION: no elevator – but if you inform in time, I help gladly when carrying) is very bright and quiet, consists of an entrance hall, bathroom / WC, kitchen with dining place, living room and bedroom. In the extra bedroom there is a large double bed, the living room with the sofa bed is a passage room. The apartment is a mix of all kinds of styles. It has the charm of a typical Viennese old apartment, with old box windows, a small courtyard, high ceilings, a green light courtyard, wooden floors, … and is equipped with all necessary utensils for the comfort. I have renovated them a few years ago with a lot of heart and passion and are now revitalized for you / you.
Whenever you arrive – your first Viennese breakfast is ready 🙂 But also for any “hunger” sushi, pasta, pasta, rice … are available.

When everyday life arrives and the departure is imminent: just tell bye, lock the door and put the key back in the safe – please close the safe door.
ATTENTION: the house has been renovated since the end of March. The entrance area is currently not very nice, as also a lift is installed, but with me in the 2. Stiege is still quiet and clean! – and especially & in the stairwell to my apartment.
