Facilities include a flat screen TV.
This modern apartment with free Wi-Fi features a living room with wooden floors, a double bed and a stylish, pull out sofa bed for two guests. There is a coffee table, a cozy dining area and a compact but well-equipped kitchen.
Kitchen appliances such as a kettle, a dishwasher and an oven and a microwave oven are as present as is the accompanying kitchen equipment.
The elegant bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. A washing machine is also available. The surroundings offer the commuter train / S-Bahn, the motorway junction and the tram stop on the doorstep excellent transport links into the center of Vienna and the Vienna International Airport, as well as in the green areas in the vicinity of Vienna. A taxi from the airport costs about 25 €.

There is no reception. Guests must announce before check in your estimated arrival time.
No smoking except on the balcony of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
