The accommodation
This tastefully furnished apartment is located in. 3 Floor of a beautiful typical Viennese building and is fully equipped. The floor area is 160sqm, which is divided into 5 rooms, all of which are pretty quiet and bright despite the central location. There are 3 bedrooms available, two of which are equipped with double beds and the third with a single bed. Furthermore there are 2 bathrooms (each with bath), a huge living room, a spacious dining room and a kitchen.
Interaction with guests
You will be looked after by a contact person from our team during your entire stay – you will get to know them at the handover.
Check in is always possible between 4pm and 9pm. For an additional charge of € 30, payable in cash on arrival, you can also check in after 9pm.

It is in the center of Vienna between the Naschmarkt and the Staatsoper overlooking the Schillerplatz and the Academy of Fine Arts. are all attractions of 1 in Fußdistanz. District and the famous shopping streets Kärtner- and Mariahilferstrasse. In addition, the Naschmarkt is with all its excellent restaurants and bars just a stone’s throw away. The connection to the network of public transport is excellent.
