In our beautiful old winery house you will find two exclusive and tastefully furnished apartments directly in the green. We offer a feel-good atmosphere with 2 terraces, a pool, a spacious garden, as well as a sauna and its own garage. Our two apartments offer sleeping possibilities for a total of 14 persons. The apartments are ideal for larger groups, as well as for families. With your stay in our Grinzinger-Haus, you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest and, after experiencing the Viennese city, find your peace in the vineyards.
Our top I is on the first floor and offers a 140m² apartment for a total of 8 persons. The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms with double beds (one bedroom with 2 double beds). The apartment is equipped with a large bathroom (toilet, shower, bath) – another separate bathroom is located in the corridor. Furthermore, a large kitchen with all the extras (coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, …) and a dining area. From the spacious living room and the kitchen leads to the terrace, as well as to the garden and the sauna behind.
Our Top II is on the second floor and offers a 90m² apartment for a total of 6 persons. The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms with double beds (1. Bedrooms: 2 People, 2. Bedroom: 4 people). In the spacious living room, next to the dining area, is also a pull-out chouch, which can be used at will. In addition, the apartment is equipped with a bathroom (toilet, bath) and a kitchen with all the extras. Through the living room you reach the beautiful terrace with pool, as well as the behind 1000 m² large garden.
Both apartments are connected by a staircase in the garden.
The pool, the sauna and the garden are at your disposal for private use.
Location and public transport connections:
The stylish Winzerhaus is located in the beautiful Nobelbezirk Grinzing, in absolute quiet location and is recommended for every visitor to Vienna. The center can be reached by car or public transport in about 20 minutes. The bus station “Bretschneidergasse” (38A) is directly in front of the house and the next tram station “Grinzing” (38) is about 5-7 minutes walk away. In the immediate vicinity are the typical Heurigen localities, which offer traditional Viennese cuisine and are known for their special wine. Further shopping possibilities, as well as bakery are within a few minutes reachable.
