Property Description
Our apartment (110m2) is very central and quiet and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people (adults / children) plus up to 2 babies / toddlers. For our little guests, we are also happy to provide 2 travel cots, a rocking donkey, toys, paint and two children’s high chairs! Welcome! We wish our guests a wonderful stay !!

The renovated residential building is a typical architectural example of the architectural style of the Viennese Gründerzeit (1870-1914) and is located in a prime location near the center 7. District in the immediate vicinity of the popular Mariahilfer Straße (Fußgeherzone and shopping street).

The apartment is located in the 2nd Liftstock of the garden-side structure, is partially aligned in the large home garden with old trees, was gutted in 2017 and rebuilt.
The representative flair of the apartment was created by the combination of original style and construction elements (room height 3.20 m, large-scale cassette doors, stucco ceiling) with modern interiors and furnishings.
The living area is 110 m² and is divided into entrance hall, toilet, kitchen, living room, hallway, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

Supermarket: 50 m next to the apartment
The biggest shopping street of Vienna – the Mariahilfer Straße – is about 150 meters away (here you will also find numerous bars and restaurants) The underground station – Zieglergasse (U3) – is about 250 meters away and can be reached in about 5 minutes. This means that you are just 10 minutes away from the center of Vienna (Zentrum). Many sights can also be reached on foot in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Parking 100m from the apartment: In the apollo garage you pay EUR 11.90 per day, which is a very reasonable price for Vienna. U3 station Zieglergasse – 250m from the apartment further in the vicinity: line U6 (station Westbahnhof), bus line 13A (station Neubaugasse), tram line 5 (station Stollgasse)
