Property Description
The apartment is small but very cozy and is located in the 5th Liftstock with a wonderful view in the Augarten.
Kitchen is well-equipped, coffee, tea and staple food are provided, as are dishes and cooking utensils.
The bedroom has a double bed, in the living room another 2 beds in the form of sofas. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 3 persons or 2 adults and 2 children. There is also a music system, cable TV and Wi-Fi.
Bathrooms with separate bath and toilet complete the apartment. Towels and linen are provided.
Pets are basically just as little a problem as (moderate) smoker (apartment is well ventilated, all windows to the park).
The apartment is by the immediately adjacent park, for a city apartment in the center, very well suited for children (playground, children’s pool in summer) and dogs (allowed in the park) and yet it is pleasantly quiet.
Any form of shopping, grocery shopping or local visits are of course easy on foot or by subway.
