The price per night is up to 4 guests. For 1 or 2 addittional guests (5th and 6th guest) for an additional fee of 30 per person and night to cover expenses for towels, linens, hot water etc. The additional sofa is available upon request and will be placed in the corridor.
Its a great quarter of Viennese housing with the new and gated in and restaurants of Margaretenstrasse and Schleifmühlgasse to the fine dining and grocery very close by. Still its very quiet in the house.
No need for a car! Public transport is great and cheap in Vienna. Taxis are so. Almost everything is walking distance.
you are renting the entire Apartment with all amenities. There is netflix on amazon fire-TV, well-equipped kitchen incl. Stove, fridge and freeser, toaster, kettle, salt + pepper, and a french press and an espresso maker to be used on the stove.
Great housing quarter, quiet but with all kinds of shops and restaurants and very close to center, Naschmarkt and Belvedere!
Almost everything is walking distance. Taxis are quite cheap in Vienna and public transport is great!
U1 underground station TAUBSTUMMENGASSE about 300 meters, trams wlb, 62 and no. 1 around the corner, U4 Karlsplatz (Opera) or Kettenbrückengasse (Naschmarkt) 650m. Airport taxi vienna brings you directly online reservation by 25 EUR on your doorstep!
PARKING: There’s always possibilities to park the car right in front of the house but short term only from Monday to Friday 9am 10pm -as it’s almost all over vienna. 2 hours only. For a short stay a ticket is not needed. Tickets can be purchased in all tobacco shops, they are called TRAFIK. Saturday and Sunday and hollydays is free parking!
There are two garages nearby, RAINERGARAGE at Floragasse 7A (28 per day) and WIPARK at Operngasse 13. A cheap PARK & RIDE garage (3.5 days) U4 HÜTTELDORF which you / he / she wants to take you almost directly to the flat. P & R is at U3 tube station Erdberg in the SouthEast of Vienna.
