The large room includes a sleeping area with a queen-sized bed (sleeping area 200 x 180 cm), a dining area with a table + 4 chairs. The kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet were newly renovated in 2008. The flat is facing a quiet courtyard, so quiet sleeping with open windows is possible.
The metro station Pilgramgasse (line U4) is only a two minutes walk from the apartment, but you can do many thinks also on foot: within a 15 minutes stroll you can reach the following attractions: Naschmarkt Market, Opera, Viennese Secession, Charles Cathedral, the Golden Music Hall.

The flat is inside a quiet yard and located in a central area of the city. After 2 minutes walking you arrive at the subway-line 4, which takes you downtown in just two stops or to Schönbrunn palace in four stops.
The area just outside the flat on the historical Margaretenplatz Square is quite trendy with a great variety of restaurants, bars, shops and grocery stores just around the corner.
You may visit one of the restaurants inside the Schlossquadrat Courtyards (around the corner on Margaretenplatz). Traditional Austrian cuisine is served there at the Silberwirt. Light nouvelle cuisine and burgers can be found in ‘Quadro’, which is also a popular café during the day or bar at night. ‘Margareta’ is an upscale Italian restaurant also in Schlossquadrat.
The short walk to downtown Vienna is quite worthwile: you will pass through one of the most colorful areas of Vienna including the Gay and Lesbian Scene, many Asian shops, restaurants of various nationalities, bars, clubs and Vienna’s largest market – the Naschmarkt. The area is save, but still quite an experience both day and night.
