No language barriers: the hosts speak fluent German, Italian, Croatian/Serbian, English, French, Spanish and basic Swedish.

Tram stop opposite the building (line number 2), underground just crossing the bridge (Schwedenplatz station just 200m away: lines U1 and U4 together with other tram lines.

The Danube canal (Donaukanal) is ideal for runners and to chill out during summer in one of its restaurant boats.
Prater leisure park is just 2 underground stops away, ideal for children and adults’ fun in spring and summer.

How to reach the flat:
From the airport:
take the bus “Vienna airport lines” to Schwedenplatz/Morzinplatz. Once arrived walk across the bridge “Marienbrücke”.
From the train station “Westbahnhof”:
take the orange underground line U3 (direction Simmering) for five stops till Stephansplatz and change to the red underground line U1 (direction Leopoldau) for one more stop till Schwedenplatz. Walk across the bridge “Marienbrücke”.
From the central train station “Hauptbahnhof”:
take the red underground line U1 for four stops (direction Leopoldau) till Schwedenplatz. Walk across the bridge “Marienbrücke”.
One set of keys will be provided.
Shoes to be taken off while in the flat.
No smoking, no pets, no parties or guests other than those named and approved.
Be considerate of the neighbours in terms of noise when coming in and out of the flat/building.
Litter to be taken downstairs to the courtyard, please seperate the paper from the rest of the waste.
