Our modern apartment is located on the 2nd floor (elevator) of a residential building in the centre of Vienna. The 34 m², fully furnished sunny city studio can accommodate up to 3 guests and is laid out as follows: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, large living/sleeping room with an integrated kitchen and dining area and a spacious bathroom with a shower and a WC. Final cleaning, towels and linen are all included. The bedroom/living room: has a double bed with reading table, a single sofa (which could also be used as a bed for 1 person), TV with cable TV, working area with internet access. The kitchen: is fully equipped including electric oven, refrigerator and freezing compartment, coffee making machine, cutlery, cooking utensils and other necessary table ware and kitchen ware. There is also a dining table for three. Bathroom: has a bathtub, wash basin, WC, washing machine, hair dryer and towels. Iron/ironing board and other amenities are all provided. The apartment is located on a small residential street, Anilingasse, in the 6th district bordering the 1st, and is within walking distance (10 minutes) from the famous Viennese Opera, the museums, the Sacher Hotel and the very centre of Vienna. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The famous shopping street, Mariahilferstrasse and the Naschmarkt are only a 6 minute walk away.
The next underground station (U4 Pilgramgasse) is only a 2 minute walk away and takes you to the St Stephens Church in only 3 stations.
The next bus stop is also only a 2 minute walk away from the apartment(13 A and 57A). The bus number 57A takes you in 4 stations to the famous Parliament, Rathaus, Volksgarten and the Opera House.
