Specially for fitness lover we a fitness machine with different exercises: arm, abs, legs, chest, booty… Spaces to work is also provided.
So at our place you can cook, wash your stuff, continue your fitness schedule as well as working and relaxing.
We also provide you a special map which made by young hipster locals, I have checked most of all places it provided and I love it!
3 mins away from the flat you will find restaurants (Wen or Edo – asian, Roma – italian & Wilder Mann – austrian, all of them are good), pharmacy, supermarket, dm drugstores and an open market nearby names Kutschkermarkt.
Our place is so quiet at night that sometimes I ask myself if I’m really living in a metropole city or in the countryside 😀
Right at the corner is tram 40 and 41, they lead you within 10 mins to center (Schottentor and 1st district) and 5 mins away from Metro U6. The location is also near parks and in the area of Grinzing & Kahlenberg.
