The apartment has Wi-Fi, a TV including access to Netflix for home evenings. In the kitchen all utensils as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, tea maker and a toaster are available. If you catch a rainy day there are umbrellas provided in the apartment. The sleeping rooms have enough storage space for robe and luggage.

It is also recommended for visitor of nearby held exhibitions at the congress-center. The congress center is reachable within 15 minutes by public transport.

Check-in is possible after 2 pm If you are planning an earlier arrival, you are welcome to inquire! Door code and key box are available for self-check in, so late check-in is easily possible.
Check out is usually done at 11 am.

Only a short walk away of the apartment is the train station Traisengasse – from there you reach the Prater within one station and the city center within 2 more stations. Thereby you have a perfect binding to the main station, airport, exhibition-center and city center.
In addition, you can reach the general hospital “AKH Wien” uncomplicated from the underground station U6 Dresdnerstraße.
Close to the building are many supermarkets.
