Our spacious family-friendly holiday home “TROLLHUS” is located in a quiet street near the beach and Bodden waters, Darsser jungle, sports / family-friendly activities, restaurants and food, shopping. You will love the Trollhus because of its proximity to the sea and the bay, the beautiful nature all around, the good facilities and cozy atmosphere of the house. The Trollhus is well suited for couples, families (with children) and furry friends (pets).
The Trollhus (114m ²) is located in a quiet location with optimal recreational opportunities. It has a garden with a beautiful, large covered sun terrace including garden furniture (table / chairs / garden chairs). In the immediate vicinity there are also shopping possibilities for daily needs (Edeka, Aldi, Stolz store, gas station, bike rental). The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and within walking distance of the Darsser jungle, the bay and wide fields and meadows.
Domestic equipments:
The house consists on the ground floor of the spacious living room with fireplace and American kitchen and large dining table, utility room with washing machine, iron / ironing board and cleaning products, small guest toilet, upstairs from a large bathroom with bath and separate shower and 3 bedrooms, including 2 with DB and a room with 2 single beds. In addition, there is a fold-out mattress for children and 2 cots and the possibility to make a generous double bed from the sofa in the living room (s. Photo). The house is u. a. equipped with a covered south-facing terrace with garden furniture, z. T. Fly screens, a stove, a washing machine, a microwave with grill, a fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine, kettle, toaster, a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. From our agency you will receive children’s chairs free of charge. The property is with a wood shed for bicycles, firewood (8, – EUR per basket) u. a., a climbing tower equipped with sandbox and slide.
The house also has a carport parking space (it fit 2 smaller cars on it); In addition there are 3 parking spaces directly on the other side of the street.
