The apartment is thanks to a second bedroom ideal for up to 3 people, z. B. a pair of larger child (for babies and toddlers, the apartment is not suitable). Telephone, Internet and parking. TV in all rooms.
Facility in Long-Iceland style. The colors white and gray dominate.
The living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, bathroom, balcony and a small bedroom for 1 person are upstairs, the larger bedroom in the cozy attic. Flat screen television, radio and CD player with Ipod docking station in the living room.
In the first and in the second bedroom also flatscreen TV (DVB-T), W-LAN in the whole house (free). Phone flatrate (free calls to German landlines).
In the master bedroom there is a dressing table and a small second workplace.
White dominates in all rooms. A calm oasis for those looking for a stylish holiday home.
Small west-facing balcony (for max. 2 persons) with teak furniture.

General information
The apartment is a pure Non smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is ideally suited not really suitable for couples or couples with a larger child, for toddlers.
Steep stairs to the attic (bedroom), therefore not really suitable for the elderly.

7 nights: from 21st December to. 5 January
3 nights: from. 6 January to 30th April
7 nights: the first May to 31st October
3 nights: the first November to 20th December
About any celebrations such as Easter, Pentecost, Christmas, etc. applies a 7 day booking.
Please note the different seasonal prices, one time comes to this a processing fee of 30 € and a final cleaning of 80 € are added, which are included in the final price.
Please note that over the year (from 22 12 to 06 01), a supplement of 20, – € will be charged on the day.
