Huus op Sylt is located near the dunes and the North Sea Beach. On foot, they walk through a small grove opens directly onto the beach. The house is in a cul de sac which leads away from a quiet side street.
To Wilhelmstrasse, Elizabeth Street, Friedrichstrasse you walk about 20 minutes, here you will find restaurants and shops. The nearest bakery is 3-4 minutes away.
Especially nice is the proximity of many small with thatched houses. The cottage has a separate entrance for each apartment.
Seagulls will wake you up in the morning and the roar of the waves of the sea on stormy days the magnificent North Sea.
You have access to its own tiny conservatory and shared garden.
Northwind is 65 square meters, has two bedrooms with a double bed, only one is completely separated from the living room. The living room has a dining area and a TV area, here is a new sofa bed (with slatted frame). The kitchen is long and narrow and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob, large fridge and freezer. Crockery, cutlery, pots and accessories are plentiful.
This apartment can be comfortably occupied by 4 – 5 people.
The interior is new, except for the bathroom and kitchen, and a renovation took place, 2015.
Bathroom with bath, overhead shower and toilet and sink, towel radiator and window to the east. The hallway is tiled, the room with laminate, carpet and PVC provided. Especially nice is the generous spaciousness in the living and dining room and the really pleasant height of the ceilings. Window to the east and south provide light, the rooms are all bright and decorated in a maritime theme. The beautiful heavy velvet or linen curtains also allow the night with the window open to sleep quietly.
The house is of solid, massive construction, it is bricked from the outside and the technical facilities are very modern and therefore reliable. Wifi and cable TV are available.
The garden is planted with wild potato roses and autumn anemones, hydrangeas and hollyhocks. A barbecue is provided wherein the rear area because of the thatched house of the neighbors, but at the front of the property very conscientious in dealing indeed must be, but must have a barbecue. A small outdoor seating for you as guests from North Wind is located on a small lawn with beautiful views in the neighborhood Lichen Garden with houses in country style and pretty Fries ramparts.
The neighborhood consists of several houses and really very small pensions, the traffic is very moderate, the paths to walk in all directions, including the train station to accomplish good.
If you want to migrate so you can well from the house to start directly in the dunes towards Rantum, here you get repeatedly by small crossings directly to the sea. By bike you drive unfortunately then also on the road which is accessible only by way distance cycle paths. The low forests of pine and myrtle and birch accompany throughout the island. Beautiful are the hills, showing with gorse and heather vegetation and beach grass so completely covered, depending on the season change in brown and bright yellow and pink to.
