This apartment was renovated and redesigned. The result is a pretty, modern and finely furnished apartment on two levels for comfort and relaxation for the whole family. Accommodation excited right away with their friendly, bright ambience, the attention to detail and plenty of natural light that is incident on three sides in the apartment.
On the ground floor there is a cozy, open living-dining area.
The kitchen is an open kitchen with attached dining area. Their equipment includes dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and microwave / oven. For lovers of special we hold in addition to a conventional coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto (capsules) ready machine. A beautiful dining area offers plenty of space ..
The living area is a comfortable sofa. Technical highlights of the flat and 3D flat TV, 3D home theater with Bluy-ray player can also pay on gray days no boredom. In the nursery there are two single beds. It is equipped with flat screen TV and integrated DVD player – a room of adults and children alike.

The bedrooms, as well as the elegant and spacious bathroom, are equipped with large windows and are located in the basement.
For our younger guests we a cot (60x120cm) and a highchair available.
A washer and dryer are in a separate common room available.

On the beautiful to southwest facing terrace is a beach chair and other garden furniture. From here you can hear the sound of the sea and enjoy the sunrise and sunset.
The apartment has a private garden. The garden extends to the apartment and is completely fenced with a frieze Wall. Here their children can move undisturbed and play, while you need not to worry, that they immediately run into the street.
For your car is a car park right outside the door, on your own property, available.
