The ground floor consists of a spacious entrance hall and spacious living room with a new cozy sitting area with ottoman, FullHD flat screen TV, DVD player, VCR, music system with CD and open kitchen with dining area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a high quality cooker with ceramic hob and convection oven, a built-in refrigerator-freezer, a Einbaumirkrowelle and dishwasher. A high-quality highchair from Stokke is also available. In addition, a high chair for infants is in the house. In addition, the stairs can be secured with stair gates.
