Our goal is that you feel comfortable with us. Our apartment is very cozy and would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The upscale amenities will fulfill all wishes. Feel like home and enjoy your deserved holiday in our beautiful apartment.
Our apartment is in close proximity to the city center of Westerland. To reach the beach, the pedestrian area and the train station within walking distance.
But not only our home is the focus of this site. We want to show you what you can do everything to spend your time with experiences of various kinds. Certainly, there are so many ways that for every taste is catered for and you will therefore not be faced with the decision whether to do something, but what you do next.
Our apartment is on the first Floor of a house which was completed in June 2015 with 4 apartments. The house is very quiet on a side street in Fig.2. Series with its own parking space and yet in the heart of Westerland. Downtown, the beach, shopping and the train station are within walking distance in a few minutes.
The sophisticated equipment provides everything needed for a relaxing beach holiday. There are flat screen TV in the living room and one each in the two bedrooms. Furthermore, 2 DVD players are available, which can be individual design a lot of leeway.
In each floor is a bathroom (with shower bottom, top with tub). The living room is very comfortably furnished with a large couch and chair. The kitchen with dining area has everything is needed for daily life. Ceramic hob and microwave are as present as coffee maker, toaster and much more.
The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Thermostats in each room make it possible to set the temperature individually.
Environmental issues: The hot water, as well as underfloor heating throughout the house are supported by a solar thermal.
