We rent explicitly as Non smoking apartment, no pets are allowed.
As part of the renovations all mattresses, bedding and upholstered furniture have been replaced, we located a lot to your well-being.

The apartment own parking lot is located on the neighboring plot, parking marked “Am Ringhoog 7” are located.
The park ‘Am Friedrichshain’ is located in the area, shopping facilities and a bakery are in 4 minutes near the Nordseeklinik Westerland reach. The beach is easily accessible by bicycle (about 3 minutes) or walk (about 10 minutes).
