High above Westendorf – this is the best way to describe the fantastic view from Chalet 1 on the Nachtsöllberg.
The chalet with its south-facing terrace is located at 1100 m above sea level amidst the Kitzbühel Alps in Westendorf in Tirol. You spend your precious holiday on the mountain high above the village, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and the relaxing tranquility of nature. Idyllic and wildly romantic – the location alone is an absolute highlight.
But not only the location, but also the layout and the cozy and high-quality equipment of Chalet 1 on Nachtsöllberg provide real well-being.
In an inviting and cozy atmosphere, you will experience alpine ambience and luxurious equipment of the highest standard on three floors. Spend a relaxing holiday with up to 8 people in our Chalet 1 on Nachtsöllberg.
The heart of the chalet is the spacious living area with a spacious wrap around terrace on the top floor of the chalet. The modern equipped and open kitchen with a large dining area, which can accommodate up to 10 people, promise convivial and enjoyable hours with your friends and loved ones. The fireplace in the middle of the room, as well as the high-quality sofa corner complete the floor. The highlight of this floor are the large windows that allow a breathtaking view of the mountain scenery from every corner of the room and provide the room with plenty of light.
The entrance area is on the second floor of the chalet. After parking your vehicle in the underground car park, you can reach the chalet via the prestigious Landing and conveniently stow your sports equipment and ski clothing. On this floor are also two bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, the spacious private wellness area, and a separate guest toilet.
In the basement of the chalet there are two further bedrooms, each with bath en-suite.
All bedrooms have balcony doors and from the rooms directly accessible balconies or Terraces.
Relax after an eventful outdoor day or an extended day of skiing on the slopes and let yourself be pampered in your private spa and wellness area.
The private spa area promises relaxation and recreation, it is equipped with a whirlpool and a cozy relaxation lawn

Chalet 1 is accessible by car throughout the year.
