This cosy and modernly furnished holiday home is located in the "Colourful City" of Wernigerode on the northern edge of the Harz. You can admire many grand half-timbered homes in the charming old town and the neo-gothic castle enthroned above the city. Enjoy the view from the terrace after an eventful day or bring the day to a close in the glow of the fireplace. In the summer many well-marked hiking trails invite you to explore the marvellous nature. In the winter, Wernigerode’s snow-covered landscape offers many winter hiking trails, a cross-country ski trail and the only ski lift in the eastern Harz. The Harz narrow-gauge railway connects Wernigerode with the Drei Ahnen Hohne station. From here you can explore the highest elevation of the Harz with the Brockenbahn steam locomotive. But there are also excursions in the area: "Kleiner Harz" miniature park, Baumkuchenhaus, Schierker Feuerstein Arena, Thale, Bad Harzburg.
