Our house with 4 apartments located in the health resort Werdum.
Neuharlingersiel, Harlesiel, Bensersiel and Esens are nearby and can be reached in a few minutes. Our apartments are all lovingly furnished, so you can spend here with us “the best time of the year”.
The apartments can accommodate 1 – 8 people. All apartments have a very spacious living-dining area with open kitchen.
The apartments on the ground floor have a separate terrace with garden furniture and the apartments upstairs have a balcony. There is also a beautiful garden in the back of the house, which invites you to linger and can be used by all guests.
The pet park, with its rare breeds of domestic animals, is nearby and is a unique experience for “young and old”.
Our cottage ..
On the ground floor there are two apartments with 120 m² and 70 m². A staircase in the entrance hall leads to the upper floor, there are two other apartments with 83 m² and 74 m².
On the ground floor is also the utility room, where a washing machine and a dryer are. These can be used subject to availability. A separate entrance on the ground floor leads to the “park” -like garden behind the house.
Apartment 2:
70 m² for up to 6 people.
There are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom. The open living-dining area leads directly to the separate terrace. In the living area is a sofa bed. The apartment is barrier-free. This apartment is a Non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed here (only in apartment 4).

Mid Season (ZS): 63 € *
Low season (NS): 63 € *
* Prices are per night for 2 persons, each additional person we charge with 5 €. Occupancy with max. 6 persons. The guests must be indicated by name and date of birth at the time of booking.

* In the high season and mid season the apartments are bookable only on a weekly basis. In low season the minimum stay is 4 nights.
As arrival or Departure is on the Saturday.
Spa fee: North Sea ServiceCard:
The spa contribution is a municipal tax and not included in the rent. The landlord must collect the Kurbeitrag and the Heimmat- and Verkehrsverein Werdum e. V. forward.
In the period from: 15. 03. – 31. 10.
€ 2.50 per adult / day (over 16 years)
€ 1.60 per child (6-15 years)
In the period from: 01. 11. – 14. 03.
€ 1.00 per adult / day (over 16 years)
€ 0.50 per child (6-15 years)
From the 5th Family member (always the youngest) eliminates the spa contribution.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price and have to be brought separately or booked on request.

Price for 1 set 9 €
(Fitted sheet, pillow, duvet)
Towel package:
Price 3 € for 1 bath towel and 1 towel

Cancellation:
The cancellation fee for cancellations is generally 80% of the rental price. We will of course try to rent the apartment elsewhere. Of course, we do not charge you any fees for the days on which this succeeds.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
The final cleaning is for apartment 2: 75 € (Not included in the rental price.)
On request, the final cleaning on arrival can also be made yourself, then eliminates the cleaning fee. Please specify when booking.
Arrival and departure: The arrival or departure Departure is on Saturdays. Your apartment can be purchased from 16:00 on the day of arrival and on the day of departure please leave until 9:30.
More: For your bikes brought you a garaging in the shed in the garden. Each apartment has a free parking lot.
