Property Description
The apartment is located in the beautiful old town of the island town of Werder / Havel, in a completely renovated in 2016 old building. It offers a kitchen-diner with kitchenette and a large dining area. There is a bedroom with walk-in closet, extra bed with cot possible, living room with comfortable double sofa bed, a bathroom and a terrace that can be used on our farm for barbecues.
The house is fully equipped with underfloor heating.
Werder / Havel is 15 km from the city of Potsdam and 40 km from Berlin. You can easily reach both from the city center Werder / Havel. Also for night owls is the good connection to Potsdam and Berlin, a very good alternative to the car. We will gladly give you information on local public transport.
Our Havel lakes invite you to exciting excursions. The boat rental can be found in 300 m distance, furthermore, the shipping Potsdam and Berlin in the season Werder / island in their timetable.
There are also numerous paths through the Havelland for hiking and cycling.
For water rats, the region offers numerous very clean beach resorts that are within easy reach.
