Property Description
On a large plot with old trees and lovingly laid out garden stands our Fehnhaus.
During the renovation (2014-2015) we paid particular attention to the character of the former farmhouse built in 1909.
Old beams were left visible, tiles and furniture matching the age of the house and our East Frisian region were selected.
Nevertheless, all modern conveniences are to be found.
The whole apartment has underfloor heating, in the kitchen there is a modern kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Coffee machine, toaster and water cooker are also available.
A large dining table forms the focal point of the cozy kitchen.
The modern bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower is also suitable for people with walking difficulties.
It also has a washing machine. There is also an additional WC.
In the living room is a comfortable seating group with a sofa, which can also be used as an additional sleeping facility.
The TV is connected to a satellite system.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
On the terrace belonging to the apartment is a wooden seat available.
A barbecue for your use, a table tennis table, as well as various toys can be found in our garden house.
You can also use garden chairs, additional garden chairs, garden benches and a beach basket to relax.
