Our holiday apartment offers as a semi-detached house on 125 sqm for up to 8 persons a high residential comfort for discerning guests. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on an area above the town’s harbor in a quiet location. The other half of the house as well as the apartment under our house – with separate entrance and completely separated – are constantly inhabited.
The apartment is well suited for a larger family, Eg with grandparents, or also for two friendly families. It is a modern furnished house with comparatively high living comfort. The house has a private carport directly in front of the entrance. Further free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house. There is a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a small green area. The living rooms of the house are on three levels.
On the ground floor is a spacious entrance area with enough space for jackets and shoes. Also a toilet and the kitchen are on the ground floor. When setting up the kitchen we have placed great value kitchen on an extensive equipment with dishes, cutlery and the necessary electrical appliances.
The living room with the dining area is also on the ground floor. It is equipped with a TV and a music system. Here is also the exit to the terrace.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a bunk bed. Also on the first floor is the spacious bathroom with shower and tub. Here are also the washing machine and dryer.
In the attic there is a spacious room, which is a combined living and bedroom with a double bed, a corner couch and a further television set.
The house was built in 2003. Since then, several new single houses have been built on the surrounding land and road construction has been completed.
From our apartment you reach the city harbor in three minutes, which in summer with many boats and the excursion possibilities with passenger ships has a special appeal to the guests of Warens. You will find restaurants, ice cream parlors and cafes on the promenade.
On the way to the port you can also find a bicycle rental.
Warens old town with its diverse shopping possibilities is in five minutes on foot to reach. At the other end of the old town is the Müritzeum with its scientific exhibition and the aquariums.
Pets are allowed by arrangement.
