The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor. It is comfortable and high quality.
On about 55 sqm you will find an open living and dining area, a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. Additionally there is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.
Our apartment is barrier free – all the rooms are accessible by wheelchair or walker to navigate. 1m wide doors allow sufficient movement, the bathroom is handicapped accessible. People with allergies will feel comfortable with us.
The holiday home is a car parking space. A large bike room and a play lawn with swings, slide and sandbox available as a Community institution.

According to the price regulation (PAngV) and jurisprudence Prices include the cost of electricity, heating, water and waste disposal. The cost of Endreiniung in the amount of 60.00 € are included in our prices. Bed linen can be rented on site. Upon request, you can get a travel cot with bed linen and a buggy. Please contact us if necessary.
In the immediate vicinity are: restaurants, bakeries, bike hire, laundry.
The apartment is a few steps from the sea water indoor wave away. The North Sea and the leisure area Hooksmeer with tennis courts, pedal boats, marinas, sailing school, surfing bay, water skiing, pony rides for younger guests are within easy reach.
The beach is only 10 minutes’ walk. Beach chairs and outdoor dining are at the wonderful sandy beach available. Watching the play of clouds or the children at sand digging, shelling and kite flying have … everyday is quite far away.
For naturist tourists there is a special beach area. Anyone brave, try kite surfing. Even the fun to watch!
Hooksiel is in the field of world-Heritage Wadden Sea UNESCO (see: www waddensea-world heritage org / en / weltnaturerbe-wattenmeer..). The coastal resort Hooksiel with its long sandy beach and the adjacent recreational and nature reserve ‘Hooksmeer’ offers unlimited holiday opportunities. The picturesque village with its old port and numerous restaurants and shops invites you to stroll and linger.
Watts walks and bike tours offer as well as beach holidays almost unlimited leisure fun. You will find the saltwater indoor wave pool, the Jade-trotting, tennis courts, marinas, sailing school, pedal boat rental, surfing bay, water ski lift and much more. A clay pigeon shooting is approximately 10 km away. In Golfclub Wilhelmshaven-Friesland with its North Sea golf school beginners and advanced are welcome.
Day trips to the East Frisian islands such as Wangerooge or Spiekeroog are a unique experience. Even the only German island of Heligoland is directly from Hooksiel made accessible by ship (Saisonfahrpaln).
The picturesque town of Jever offers a wide range of attractions such as Schloss Jever, an historic town center and the possibility of the visit of the Jever brewery ( “How the country as the Jever”).
Visit the Navy town of Wilhelmshaven with the largest deep-sea port in Europe Jade-Weser-Port, the marine port, maritime mile with Aquarium, Wattenmeerhaus, beach promenade, Coastal and Marine Museum.
Bremerhaven Climate House, Sea Zoo, the German Maritime Museum, and many other things are just as easy to reach as the university town of Oldenburg with its beautiful downtown.
