Description of our house:
Our house, which renovated in 2011 inside and outside renovated Spring 2012 will – offers
on the ground floor:
A large kitchen with space for 12 people and adjoining pantry.
Ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
A spacious, rural-rustic lounge with couch, flat screen TV, large corner bench and table (former breakfast room). Total could here as needed up to 20 people comfortably enjoy eating together, celebrations, holiday.
1 bathroom with bath, shower, sink, separate toilet 1
1 bedroom downstairs with Boxbett.
Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms, 1 sep. Toilet and a bathroom with double shower, toilet and washing machine.
The bedrooms are all equipped with a double bed, some with additional loft bed or third Bed.
Internet is free them by W-lan / wifi or network cables.
In winter they have an additional storage room with ski boot dryer and ski holders available.
On the doorstep you have a beautiful terrace with wonderful views of the lake and a children’s playground.
Furthermore, we have prepared for you a small separate Platzerl front of the house, where they find a fountain with wonderfully cold drinking water from their own source and a cozy bench and lots of flowers. For guests children I have planted around the fountain wild strawberries, where the little ones when the season fits may nibble to your hearts content.
Dream view over Lake Walch: Your holiday home is located in the district Walchsee Kranzach, just 10 minutes from the beach Walchsee, with a magnificent view over the lake. In the evening when the sun goes down nice and slow, you can as it sinks from the terrace beobachen vermeindlich in the lake, a dream-picture !!
The large house is ideal for families with children, friends or groups who prefer to sit on Frükstückstisch TOGETHER.

Our cottage was renovated inside innwendig already in spring 2011, in the spring of 2012 were now the windows, the facade and the roof of the series.
We are also very hard, by advice of our guests to improve the house, the device continues. There are also 2 new bathrooms and a sauna in the area that is still separated from the house, but will take a bit longer to complete. 🙂
For you as guests the whole garden, the well, the play equipment, in the house the ground floor and the 1. Stock available. Furthermore, you may use the garage for parking your own bikes, baby carriages or similar. use.
For the younger guests we have some bicycles, tricycles, Bobbycar, pedal tractor, buggy, etc. – although not brand new but well received.
