In the house, there are several apartments on the ground floor and the 1st floor. The owner is very hospitable and has prepared the apartment for you to the smallest detail. If desired, you can also enjoy a delicious breakfast daily for a fee. Your apartment is on the ground floor and is very generous for 2 people. A spacious living room with small kitchen is at your disposal. There is also a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom. Around the house is a shared garden and a beautiful terrace with sun loungers. The location is perfect: sunny, a short distance away from Zell am See and Kaprun and in the middle of Salzburg, which means that in summer, you’ll find golf courses, the Krimml Waterfalls, the Großglocknerstrasse and some wonderful natural areas for walking or mountain biking all nearby. In winter you will be in the ski areas of Zell am See, next to the Walchen ski area, and you can ski for a large part of the year on the Kaprun glacier.
