On the 1st floor, you will have 2 adjacent apartments which are connected via the central corridor. Ideal for families or friends travelling together. Each apartment has a small kitchen and a cosy living room where a sofa bed is available, in addition, you have 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 4 children or 6 adults. Each apartment has a lovely balcony The location is perfect: sunny, a short distance away from Zell am See and Kaprun and in the middle of Salzburg, which means that in summer, you’ll find golf courses, the Krimml Waterfalls, the Großglocknerstrasse and some wonderful natural areas for walking or mountain biking all nearby. In winter you will be in the ski areas of Zell am See, next to the Walchen ski area, and you can ski for a large part of the year on the Kaprun glacier.
