If desired, you can also enjoy a delicious breakfast daily for a fee. Your apartment is on the 1st floor and is very generously and tastefully decorated. A spacious living room with modern open kitchen is at your disposal. In the separate bedroom is a double bed and in the living room, there is a modern sofa bed, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment has a balcony, but you can also use the shared garden with a beautiful terrace equipped with sun loungers. The location is perfect: sunny, a short distance away from Zell am See and Kaprun and in the middle of Salzburg, which means that in summer, you’ll find golf courses, the Krimml Waterfalls, the Großglocknerstrasse and some wonderful natural areas for walking or mountain biking all nearby. In winter you will be in the ski areas of Zell am See, next to the Walchen ski area, and you can ski for a large part of the year on the Kaprun glacier.
