Property Description
Our farm is located in the skiing and hiking area Wagrain-Kleinarl surrounded by meadows, forest and mountain landscape.
Between the municipalities of Wagrain and Kleinarl our apartment is easily accessible by public transport and yet in a quiet central location.
The apartment itself is located on the ground floor and includes 2 bedrooms (one double bed each), 1 bathroom, 1 WC, 1 living room (with sleeping possibility) and a large kitchen.
It does not matter if you have a carnivorous horse, a horse, a mini-wine and a lot on our farm.
Children are very welcome to our daily stables.
A children’s playground incl. Trampoline can be used at any time. There is also the possibility to barbecue in the garden.
