The very spacious, tastefully furnished ground floor apartment is quiet with wide views of the countryside.
Numerous groups of seats, both indoors and outdoors, offer the opportunity to muse and relax. In the spacious garden there are numerous opportunities for young and old.
Spacious 85 square meters spread over a bedroom, a large living room, the kitchen with the entrance area and a bathroom.
In the area there are extensive recreational opportunities. Many golf courses are nearby
GC Bad Tölz offers a 20% GREENFEE discount.
Biking and hiking trails start right on the doorstep, and a bathing pond is less than a kilometer away. Climbing, rafting, fitness, mountain hiking, mountain biking, tennis, skiing or tobogganing: all in the immediate vicinity.
In winter, the trail passes by the garden, the ski areas Blomberg and Lenggries are nearby.
Bedroom: (about 25 square meters) the double bed and the 2 m long bunk bed have allergy sufferer mattresses and a large selection of pillows. A large wardrobe and a dresser provide space for your wardrobe. Of course, the beds are freshly made on arrival and there is enough change sheets available.
Living room: (about 40 square meters) of the modern leather seating area, consisting of three-seater, two-seater and armchair, you have both the Swedish stove and the color TV with DVD player and stereo well in view. A sofa bed serves as a retreat and possibly as an additional bed. On the desk you will find numerous guides, cycling and hiking maps and various suggestions for excursions in the surrounding area. If the weather is bad, various games, CDs, audiobooks and DVDs for children and adults are available.
Kitchen: The two-line fitted kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with oven, a dishwasher and enough dishes to fill them. Tea towels are available. If you feel like cooking, you will generally find the following basic equipment: Espresso machine, toaster, raclette, waffle maker, sandwich maker, food processor with flour mill and hand mixer. So that you can enjoy the holiday from the first hour, you have a foundation for the breakfast at leisure. On request, the baker delivers fresh baked goods directly to the apartment door at no extra charge. The first thirst can be satisfied with various drinks (water, soft drinks, juices, beer) for a small fee.
Bath: the small bathroom has next to sink, toilet and shower a washing machine. Washing powder is available. In the mirror cabinet is a hair dryer, towels in different sizes are sufficiently stocked.
2 terraces: breakfast terrace on the east side (about 15 square meters) and large main terrace (about 30 square meters) with tables and chairs with cushions and a large beach umbrella and chairs provide space for rest and relaxation. In the lockable threshing floor you will find a gas grill. There you can also store bicycles, golf bags and skis.
Garden: well 2000 square meters garden far away from traffic offer various play possibilities. A swing with climbing tower, a giant trampoline, slide and seesaw are located next to the football field with a goal wall. On the neighboring property is an Icelandic horse farm.
