This holiday home is located on the 2nd floor. Once you ascend to the third floor, you are rewarded with the scenic views of the sea. You can reach the bedroom in the loft, underneath a pitched roof, through a space saving staircase. This room has a double bed. The second bedroom (for children) equipped with a double bed is at the apartment’s entrance level. The living area has a sofa bed. A television with a DVD player and a stereo-system is provided for entertainment. The Southernmost Island of Scandinavia, the Poel Island, is located on one of the most beautiful places of the Baltic Sea, near the town of Wismar and is connected with the mainland through a dam. In dreamy Gollwitz, the apartment is located just 250 metres away from the beach. Gollwitz is considered as an insiders’ tip because of its hidden location and good water quality. Here, due to its offshore sandbank, the beach is especially suitable for children. There is a separate beach for dogs. The bird protection island ‘Langenwerder’, just off the coast, is a point of attraction for ornithologists and photo enthusiasts. Wellness offer and a new sauna facility with a rest and relation zone, right in the house, invite you for some hours of relaxation even during non-peak seasons. Reiki-massage is also available with prior intimation (at an extra charge). There is an indoor games corner, table tennis table, a wash room with dryer and also a barbeque for shared usage. There is a children play ground and a boules area. A small shop and a Bistro in the resort are added attractions. Other services that can be partly booked at the reception include bread service, bicycle rental (electric bicycle / caddies), trips and transfers.
