Hotel Pension Goldene Krone boarding house was established in July 2005. The historic building was completely renovated and expanded according to the latest standards, its modernly furnished rooms each equipped with shower/WC and a DSL connection. TVs are available upon request. Our breakfast room invites you to start your day in a warm, inviting atmosphere. The breakfast buffet has something for every taste, whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or one of the sweeter variety. The restaurant Goldene Krone is located in the adjacent building, where you can enjoy a well-cooked meal and freshly tapped beer. Hotel guests can also reach the restaurant through the inner courtyard. Motorcyclists and cyclists are very welcome at our boarding house, which offers covered parking for bikes in the inner courtyard. Our enviable location on the edge of downtown Freiburg allows guests to reach not only the city center, historic Old Town, and Freiburg Cathedral in the blink of an eye, but also the convention center, university, university hospital, and concert hall or theater. The apartment is located right next to the hotel. 60 m2 provides room for up to five people. Here you will find a living room with a single bed, pull-out couch, and TV; a separate bedroom with a double bed; and a second, smaller bedroom with a double bed (1,40m wide) off of the separate bedroom. A fitted kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, and dining area for 5 people is included. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and separate WC. Bed linen and towels are available in the apartment. Breakfast is not included.
