A swimming pool (with a lawn) and sports / tennis courts are 200 meters as the crow flies. From the plot you can see directly the Black Forest (10 min walk). Wonderful walks / trails to Wildtaler and Lehener Eck; the Glottertal is about 6 km away and can be “hiked”).
