Renovated 2016 and modern holiday home is located in a scenic area on the outskirts of the state-recognized resort Schmiedefeld.
The Rennsteig is only 1km away. Hiking can begin at the house.

Downstairs is the living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed (160cm), bathroom with shower / toilet, corridor and a storage room.
A steep space-saving staircase to reach the attic. With a ridge height of 165 cm, it is suitable as a pure sleeping or stay for children. There are here on one gable end a pull out double bed, on the other a single bed and an additional toilet.
The house is comfortably furnished and equipped with, among other things: dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, flat screen TV.
Children can have fun in a stilt house in the grounds with a slide.
Directly opposite the holiday home, the hotel offers “sprint” in addition to the ability to stop the use of Wellnesbereiches with sauna, infrared cabin and
a small swimming pool with jet stream (after registration and fee).
A parking area, which is used by several holiday home owners, is located about 20 m to the house.
The parking area and the public access road be cleared out regularly during wintertime. For those traveling beyond is cleared up to the front door in walk-wide.
