The villa was redesigned by the architectural firm Kirchner (Berlin) 2007 on 2 floors (floor / DG 154 sqm) exclusively for guests. So we offer for 1-12 people the OG / DG as a self-contained unit with private outdoor access with a total of 5 bedrooms.
With a large kitchen, our house is furnished for optimal self-catering. All beds are hotel-comfort-box spring beds. The 3 bathrooms have shower and toilet (1 bathroom with additional bath). A 4. WC is available. The bathrooms are tiled floor to ceiling and have marble floors. All other rooms are equipped with fine plaster ceiling and walls, laminate flooring and object blackout window curtains. The living room has a sofa set for 5 pers. and a dining table for up to 10 people. (Additional in line of sight dining table for 4 people. In the kitchen).
