It features a spacious bedroom with double bed, access to the large balcony and a sofa bed for a third person. Alternatively, a third person could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The separate, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room, which provides access to the balcony with magnificent views. There’s a bathroom with shower and toilet. This holiday home is perfect for adults and children alike. There’s a lovely field where you can relax or have a nice barbecue in the evening. In summer, early risers are rewarded with the enchanting views across the Karawanks mountains. The area is perfect for nice, long walks and the nearby mountain lakes are worth a visit too. Other summer activities include tobogganing, horseback riding and tennis. On rainy days, there are plenty of museums or summer festivals to go to. The Afritzer See lake is 8 minutes away, the Ossiacher See lake is 20 minutes away and Villach is also 20 minutes away. In winter, it isn’t far to the nearest ski lifts. The ski resorts of Bad Kleinkirchheim, Gerlitzen and the tri-border area are all nearby and offer great diversity. Children will like the Gerlitzen skiing area best. After a wonderful day of skiing, there’s no better place to relax than the hot springs of Bad Kleinkirchheim.
