With great attention to detail, I have created a bright and friendly 1-bedroom apartment in the basement of my family home in a very quiet outskirts. Sustainability and individuality are important to me and are also reflected in the home decor: cherished unique pieces were combined with modern furniture and create a cozy living space to feel good. Stylish light effects ensure a pleasant ambience. Electricity and hot water are generated by the own solar system.
The apartment is located next to the chic bunk bed with a king-size bed (1,40 x 2,00), a fully equipped kitchenette with cooking facilities, microwave, water cooker, espresso and coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is also a satellite TV and W-Lan. The dining table can easily accommodate 4 people. The cozy sofa can also be converted to the bed (seating area 1.40 x 2.00). The seperate apartment entrance is reached via the garden, which offers a seating corner to stay, which can also be used as a smoking corner.
If you are traveling with infants, a high chair and travel cot, as well as toys can be provided.
The beautiful shower bath is accessible via the hallway and is available for sole use. The bathroom contains beside the usual bathroom equipment a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. For long stays towels are changed once a week and the bed linen is changed every 14 days. Vacuum cleaners and cleaning utensils are also available to the tenant.
Directly behind the house begins a forest trail, behind me lie meadows and fields, which invite to long walks. In the district you will find supermarkets, a bakery, a post office and a self-service bank. The connection to the public transport is good (about 15 minutes to the center). Free parking is available in front of the house.
