The apartment is located approx. 1 km from the centre of Vandans in a quiet location and is modern and tastefully decorated. You will have a large, cosy eat-in kitchen with dining table and wide sofa bed, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom as well as a nice terrace with garden furniture for wonderful relaxation in the the summer. In the winter a ski bus stops almost right in front of house and takes you to the nearby Golmbahn or to other skiing areas in the region. Additionally, there are cross-country trails and beautiful winter hiking trails in the vicinity. In the summer the holiday home is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain biking.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated
