Property Description
The apartment – Steffen – in – Mindel is located in a small quiet urbanization. The house was built in 2001. The upper floor was expanded in 2009 lovingly until September 2011 to an apartment. The apartment is divided into a living area (kitchen, dining, gaming and residential), 1 bedroom and bathroom. The living area is equipped with 2 single beds (extra bed). The apartment is equipped with a loading and Kontrolierten Endlüftungsanlage and underfloor heating. Satellite TV and Radio / DVD / BluRay players are present. Short breaks and craftsmen are just as welcome as families or relatives of residents of the Dominic -Ringeisen – work in Ursberg. There is no smoking throughout the house and pets are not allowed.
Bedroom and bathroom: The master bedroom has a double bed (incl. Bedding) equipped. On request it is (depending to about 6 months of height) with a cultivation bed for babies equipped free.
The spacious bathroom with a double sink, toilet and bathtub which can also be used for showering is equipped. A changing table and baby bath are available as well as an increase for small children at the sink. A hair dryer and towels are provided by the landlord and changed on request at multi-week stays 1x weekly after consultation free of charge.
Kitchen, dining and living area: The kitchen area is equipped with a full kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery for 4 persons, etc.).
In the dining area is for 4 people ample space and, if necessary, for a high chair, which is provided free of charge on request.
The living area is equipped with satellite TV, radio / DVD / BluRay player and 4 seats.
In addition, other beds are in the living area 2, which can be pulled out with little effort if required (extra bed).
Outside: Parking is available on the property. The terrace, the garden, garden table, chairs for 6 people and parasol are commonly available for all residents and guests.
A small playground is available for children in the residential area.
Dogs are not allowed in the house and outdoors.
