So also the Rotweinwanderweg or known hiking trails along the Rhine as the Rheinsteig, RheinBurgenWeg and the Rheinhöhenweg are within easy reach. A branch of the trail runs right behind the Rheinhöhenweg apartment (30m distance).
After Bonn-center is about 20min, 10min scarce Remagen, Bad-Neuenahr circa 20min, Koblenz circa 30min. Connection to public transport is excellent from Oberwinter Bahnhof, there go several times an hour trains to Bonn / Cologne and Koblenz.
