Property Description
The newly renovated and modern equipped holiday house Tirol extends over four floors with 300m ² of living space and accommodates up to 18 persons. There are eight bedrooms (4 double rooms and 2 triple rooms) and a total of five bathrooms.
Three double rooms (one of which is a triple room) are located in the lower floor, a double room is on the ground floor, three further double rooms (one of which is a triple room). First floor and another double bedroom (with French bed) is in the 2nd floor. Oberg lap. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, in the living area a fireplace with stove bench and living area and a large dining area (from 12 people can be expanded table) for up to 18 people.
In the 2nd First floor is also a living area with tiled stove and oven bench. From here you have a fantastic view of the Ötztal mountain landscape. In the garden there is a cozy lounge with barbecue and a playground with trampoline. A ski boot dryer is located in the garage.
