Welcome to the apartment Gerold!
Get out of your daily routine and enjoy a beautiful holiday within the most beautiful mountainous regions.
Our 65m ² large, comfortable attic apartment provides a stunning view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony . It’s situated a bit outside of the centre of the village in a quiet and sunny area with a free view to the mountains, woods and fields.
The apartment has a bedroom (sleeping opportunity for 3 persons) and a living room (sleepingsofa for 2 persons).
We have a separate well equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet and a separate enty door with a foyer for your skiing equipment.
Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a stove, bath, microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer option, coffee machine and satellite TV in each room.
free time activities: Sportive holiday – family holiday – wellness holiday – you are right in our area!!
lots of hiking routes, the Tyrols biggest waterfall with observation platforms and climbing wall, lake, rafting, Ötzivillage (museum), mountainbiketrails and climbing walls as well as the Area 47 (top concerts, top events, 20000m2 waterworld, chutes, outdoor sports, chill out zones and much more) are not far away.
In September 2011 opens a health resort in Umhausen. It’s good for illness of skin and breathing organs as well as for rheumatic disease.
In Längenfeld there is a thermal spring (10 min. with the car)
In winter you can go ice scating, scating, or drive with a sleigh above from skiing and snowboarding. Or just enjoy an idylic walk in the beautiful winter area.
The main city Innsbruck is about 40 minutes away. Here you can go sightseeing (Goldenes Dachl, museum..) or shopping.
arrival: Leave the motorway A12 at Ötztal. Drive along B 186 direction Umhausen. After the small town Tumpen you cross a bridge, right after you take the exit arm-Platzl on the left side. Follow this road to the small fire station. Our house is then the second on the right side.
