Property Description
This cottage in the heart of nature near Lich (in Reiskirchen) is small, but as a recruiter I designed it as I wish myself a holiday home: Urgemütlich, with Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, cooking facilities, microwave and modern furniture.
The highlight of the nearly 1,000 square meters of land is certainly the approx. 60 sqm terrace, which forms a unit with the veranda. The terrace is an outdoor living room, with a spacious, comfortable seating area, barbecue and patio heater.
On the veranda you can have breakfast, on request with the electric grill something delicious bruscheln or in the afternoon with fresh waffles enjoy your coffee.
Inside, which is not big at 65 square meters, one thing counts above all: coziness.
Over the tiny hallway you enter the living room with TV, a large couch and a few furniture (more would not have fit into it). The stove (there is no heating, which is why the domicile recommends itself as a holiday home, especially in the warm season) stands in front of a forest-green photo wall and provides beefy warmth, if you can serve it (an instruction is, if necessary).
The tiny bedroom with a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm) offers everything you need for a truly restful sleep. Here is a small closet waiting for your clothes.
I mounted the kitchen myself. It is also small, but contains an induction double hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle and everything you need for dishes, pots and accessories to the spices.
The bathroom is relatively large with a sink, toilet and shower, but very simply equipped (I am an advertiser, not Croesus).
The house is surrounded by neighboring properties, which does not bother you: large hedges and trees give you the privacy you are sure to appreciate.
If you leave the property where you can conveniently park your car, it is only a few meters to extensive fields with beautiful paths lined with cows, sheep, goats and horses. You can walk to the next village, but on the other hand, in just three minutes by car, you have supermarkets, a drugstore and other shops.
Above all, you will find one thing here: an incredible peace. Whether you need to recover from a burn-out, write a book, handle stressful experiences, my holiday home is perfect for that.
