The apartment has a living area with open kitchen. The modern kitchen is equipped with oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, div. Dishes, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery. In the kitchen is also a small dining area.
The living area has a couch, a TV chair and in a niche a second couch, which can serve as additional sleeping space. There is a 40 “HD LED TV (satellite channels) and a radio.
The living area has a 5 sqm balcony with seating and awning. Since it is a Non smoking apartment, we ask the smoker to smoke on the balcony.

The apartment is to some extent also a small art exhibition. In the rooms you will find original pictures of the Dresden artist Michael Ebel. If you like a picture especially well, this can be purchased. For this we like to make the connection to the painter.
